Because I am a deliberate practice of one, I do not respond to generic RFPs, blind vendor assessments, or "capabilities presentations." I engage with organizations that have identified a specific failure and are ready to fix it.

If your system is stable: Let's discuss a retainer to keep it that way.
If your system is failing: Describe the symptom, not the diagnosis. I will tell you if I can stop the bleeding or give my recommendations for other options (depending on the issue).
